I too am blessed with an old Goody comb. Love it. The teeth are so blunt and firm. They don’t make combs like this any more!

I have a Goody brand brush that I have been using since I was about 5 years old. I'm 35 now. I've bought many brushes over the years in an attempt to replace the Goody, but I always to back to the Goody because it is just so much better.

Is there a term for this design in combs? I mean the opposing wavy teeth. These are the best for my hair but I can rarely find them.

I'm Africa American with very thick, tightly coiled hair. My wide tooth goody comb been with me for over 10 years and the only comb that haven't broken on half when trying to de-tangle my hair.
